1. The number of participants is limited. Participant spots are not transferable without the written consent of the organiser.

2. The participant has a 14-day right of cancellation. The period begins with the confirmation of participation by the organiser. The declaration of withdrawal must be sent to the organiser in writing within this period.

3. In the event of cancellation after the deadline, there is no entitlement to a refund of the participation fee. The organiser may refund the participation fee partially if the place can be filled again.

4. In this case, 20% of the participation fee will be retained. In case of cancellation more than 8 weeks before the event 50%, in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the event 50%. From four weeks before the event, the entire participation fee will be retained.

5. The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the event prior to the event without giving reasons and to refund the participation fee paid in full. If the event is cancelled, any fees already paid will be refunded; no further claims can be made.

6. The purpose of supporter tickets is to enable another person to attend the event at a reduced price. The supporter's share of this ticket is every euro above the normal ticket price of €300. This share is not refundable under any circumstances.
